...then the issues with our personal property started.  The insurance company told us that the list that we submitted was false and fraudulent and that they would put us under investigation.  We needed to submit all receipts, records, etc. of our items.  They also took a taped disposition of us.  The insurance company knew that we had lost all of this information because it was in our attic, which burned with the fire.  As a result, they denied our claim in its entirety.  No payment for structure, personal property, or living expenses. DENIED! DENIED! DENIED!
